Can anyone Volunteer for ROTR? Anyone at least 13 years old is welcome to submit a Volunteer Registration Form.

If you plan to participate in any security-related role, please ensure you submit this Security Form in advance so the security team can review your information, coordinate assignments, and provide the appropriate guidance and credentials. Only volunteers who have completed the Security Volunteer Form will be considered for security positions. 

Do I get to pick my Crew? The Volunteer Team will try their best to accommodate all requests for specific Crews; however at times Coordinators recruit their own Volunteers, so placement on a specific Crew is not guaranteed. 

Does it cost to Volunteer? Each Volunteer is required to purchase a $50 Volunteer Ticket before their Volunteer Registration Form will be fully processed. 

How long do I have to Volunteer? We require all Pre/Post Volunteers to commit to 24 total hours of service and all Event Volunteers to complete18 total hours. 

Is Parking free? Parking is $60. If you carpool with 3 or more people then it is $20.

Is Parking On Site? No, the Volunteer Parking Lot is located about ¼ mile North of the Festival property. 

Q: Can I camp in my vehicle or camper? A: You would have to purchase the Add-On you desire from the ROTR website, as only tent camping is included for Volunteers. You should do this ASAP as space is limited.

What is included with the Volunteer Ticket? Entrance into the Festival on Thursday August 13th, Tent camping in the Persimmon Grove, discounted parking, access to the Rehydration Station and MCC Kitchen, and a commemorative T-Shirt (while supplies last).
