Q. How much do tickets cost?

Q. Are there one day tickets?
A. If 3 and 4 day passes are not sold out by festival time, single day tickets might be available at the gate only for $90 per single day pass. As stated, this is entirely contingent on there still being available tickets by festival time. For more infomation or to purchase tickets now visit our Tickets Page.

Q. Where can we buy tickets?
A. Online at our Tickets Page. Hard tickets from Local Ticket Outlets will not be available for purchase until early 2016.

Q. Do I need a ticket for my child?
A. Children under 12 are free.

Q. What are Will Call hours?
A. Thursday, Friday and Saturday 8AM -12AM ~ Sunday  8AM -8PM

Q. When does the music start?
A. Thursday  DJ's 4PM -1AM  ~ Friday 1PM -1AM  ~ Saturday  11AM -1AM  ~ Sunday 11AM -12AM


Q. Where is the camping?
A. Most camping is on site at French's Camp and included with ticket price.

Q. How much will it cost to park?
A. $40 per standard size vehicle (more for oversize vehicles- no trailers please). Allows parking on site for the whole whole weekend with no in and out privileges.

Q. Can I camp in my RV at the festival?
Yes, by reservation only for $600. RV camping will imited, available thru the Mateel office directly. For more information see the RV Registration Information on our Camping Page There will be no "in" and "out" during the festival.

Q. Will we be able to camp on the river bar?
A. Camping on the river bar MUST be 25 ft. from the river. ALL vehicles MUST be 100ft from the River.

Q. Will there be showers?
A.  Yes there will be.

Q. When does camping begin? Gates open?
A. Depending on your type of ticket: 8AM on Thursday and  8AM Friday

Q. Will there be alter-able (handicap) camping and will family/friends be able to camp with them?
A. Yes. Special accommodations are available for alter-able campers. Please contact Tanya Lee Jackson at 707-497-9319 for more information or to sign up. Advance registration is required for ALL alter-able parking and camping. No dogs are allowed except those which are ADA compliant. Also, check out the Alter-Able Section of our Camping Page.

Q. Will ice be available?
A. Yes, on site.

Q. Will there be day use parking?
A. There is no day use parking on the festival site.  Day parking is available at a variety of exterior lots and fees vary depending on the lot.

Q. Are BBQ grills allowed?
A. Only gas/propane grills are allowed, no charcoal and no wood fires.


Q.  Will there be a shuttle from Redway and Garberville?
A. Yes. Free festival shuttles will offer regular service to Redway, Garberville, Benbow, and within the local French's Camp area from Thursday, August 3- Monday, August 7 2017. For more information visit ourShuttle Page.

Q. What do I need to bring?
A. Water, LOTS of water. We encourage people to bring all their drinking water needs and we recommend at least 1 gal per person, per day. Please use organic biodegradable sunscreen & soap. We need to protect the Eel River. Be conscientious!!! Gas/propane barbecues ONLY! Bring an umbrella or some kind of shade. Irie vibes and good attitude......

Q. What not to bring?
NO dogs or pets, no companion animals except service animals (see the questions below).
NO firearms, fireworks, firecrackers or you will be asked to leave.
NO glass on the river bar...........

Q. Can I bring my dog?
Sorry, NO DOGS or PETS are allowed except those which are ADA compliant. Those who bring their non-service animals to the festival will be ejected from the festival site without refund. Please read the ROTR Service Animal Handout, available at the links in the following question....
