Thanks for
visiting the online headquarters of the one
and only
Reggae on the River.
As you may be
aware, the Mateel Community Center is in
an ongoing legal battle over its right to
access the Reggae on the River venue in Piercy,
CA to hold our annual fundraiser. We
hope to prevail in the suit, which is currently
in front of retired Judge James Warren, and
are presently working to bring Reggae on
the River back to its roots. Stay
tuned to this site in the coming weeks for
more information about the status of this case
and what form Reggae on the River 2008 will
take.
In the
meantime, look for smaller one day concerts
presented by Friends of Reggae on the River
for the benefit of the Mateel Community Center.
